About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Cost Managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
  • Oversee cost management services specifically for the Semiconductor Sector in Boise, Idaho.
  • Drive business development efforts, including preparing proposals/RFP responses and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manage strategic and operational aspects of the service line, including resource planning, financial management, and revenue tracking.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to create a pipeline of opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Lead market research and produce thought leadership reports regarding construction market conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal processes, and ISO audits.
  • Mentor staff and partner with talent acquisition to attract and develop top-tier industry talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-performing cost management teams within a consulting environment.
  • Proven business development acumen and a track record of driving business growth.
  • Extensive experience in major construction sectors such as commercial real estate, data centers, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.
