Cost Management Director - Semiconductor Sector Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Cost Managers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
• Oversee cost management services for the Semiconductor Sector in Boise, Idaho.
• Drive business development efforts, including identifying cross-selling opportunities and creating a pipeline of new clients.
• Manage strategic and operational aspects of the sector, including resource planning, financial management, and training.
• Act as a brand ambassador and lead communications with key clients.
• Produce thought leadership reports and research related to construction market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal processes, and ISO audits.
• Manage financial performance, including tracking revenue, margins, and monthly fees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of relevant cost management or quantity surveying experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing cost management teams in a consulting environment.
• Proven business development acumen and a track record of driving business growth.
• Extensive experience in major construction sectors such as commercial real estate, data centers, or industrial manufacturing.
• Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering.
