Cost Improvement Technician

Responsibilities

• Execute and validate physical tests on materials, machinery, and new processes.
• Analyze and review test results to drive innovation and cost improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of new production methods to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure process improvements are effectively integrated.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Footwear Production or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in a technical or production environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required by the role.
