Cost Estimator

Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural drawings and project specifications related to interior fitout works
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors accurately
• Collaborate with project teams to understand scope and deliverables
• Prepare detailed and clear cost reports and tender documentation
• Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market prices
• Monitor project costs and provide timely reports to management
• Identify and suggest potential cost-saving measures without compromising quality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Cost Estimator specifically in the interior fitout industry
• Strong knowledge of materials, labor rates, and market conditions in the UAE
• Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
• Immediate availability to join is essential
