About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze concepts, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate BOQs and cost breakdowns
- Source and compare vendor/subcontractor quotes for materials, AV, rigging, graphics, and more
- Calculate labor, machine time, and overheads using standard benchmarks
- Support tender submissions and coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams
- Manage commercial handovers and price variations/change orders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 4–8+ years of experience in estimating for exhibitions, scenic fabrication, or fit-out projects
- Strong technical understanding of materials and build methods
