Cost Estimator

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documents and contractual elements
• Quantify volumes and surfaces based on CCTP specifications
• Estimate costs and identify potential anomalies or inconsistencies
• Propose technical variants to optimize profitability and durability
• Create and maintain the internal data library
• Consult suppliers for reference pricing in collaboration with the buyer
• Elaborate quotes using Excel and prepare technical memorandums
• Follow up on offers and address client requests or corrections
• Participate in commercial transfer meetings and prepare transfer files for the works department

Requirements

• Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in building envelope or construction economics
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally in building envelope
• Proficiency in measurement software and Excel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and rigorous skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team
