Cost Estimation Engineer

About the Company

BECIA, a subsidiary of the ALTYN group, is a general building company specializing in the rehabilitation of Public Access Buildings (ERP) and housing. We are experts in heavy restructuring and vertical extensions, acting as the sole interlocutor for our clients from the tender phase to after-sales service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the process from tender response to the start of construction works
• Select project implementation methodologies and estimate construction costs
• Analyze technical, financial, human, and legal risks
• Coordinate with external/internal design offices, architects, subcontractors, and site teams
• Master labor hours and production costs to perform precise measurements
• Participate in drafting technical memorandums and market documents
• Conduct site visits for environmental assessment, measurements, and photographic reporting

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering or similar field
• At least two years of experience in cost estimation within a general contracting company
• Experience in tender studies, offer analysis, and methodology
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and reactively
