Cost Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare project cost estimates and maintain reliable control of project costs throughout the lifecycle
• Develop cost estimates and analyze cost variances to ensure projects stay within approved budgets
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Coordinate with project teams and engineering consultants on budgeting and financial planning processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, construction management, quantity surveying, finance, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in cost estimation, project cost control, or quantity surveying
• Industry experience within the oil and gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors
