About the Company
Radisson Blu Hotel Marseille is a 4-star hotel with 189 rooms ideally located on the Old Port of Marseille. It features the well-known restaurant "le Quai du 7ème," offering high-quality brasserie cuisine.
Responsibilities
- Place, receive, and control orders, goods, and distribution to requesting departments
- Monitor financial movements of goods
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules
- Centralize needs from all departments
- Maintain, value, and control discrepancies between stock sheets and actual stock
- Organize and perform inventories of various stocks
- Establish and regularly update ratio dashboards
- Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and delivery personnel within defined specifications
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-quality environment
- Positive approach and excellent organizational skills
- Motivated and committed
- Thoughtful person with excellent communication skills and a true team spirit
