Cost Control Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all cost management and control activities across the project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting
• Manage change control, cash flow monitoring, and financial risk analysis to ensure project delivery within approved budgets
• Direct cost engineering, estimating, planning, and scheduling activities
• Establish criteria and system set-up for all project controls activities
• Plan, organize, and present cost engineering and estimating products with minimal supervision
• Supervise and train technical and non-technical personnel within the project controls department
• Utilize statistical knowledge in sampling distributions, probability, and hypothesis testing for project analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Cost Engineering from an accredited university
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in project controls (cost and schedule) on large-scale projects
• Proven experience in cost engineering, estimating, and directing project control departments
• Strong statistical knowledge in sampling and probability
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing large project control departments for international firms
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (verbal and written)
• Experience working internationally, with a preference for experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)
