About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, control, and coordinate all project cost parameters in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Analyze contract requirements and develop detailed schedules according to company procedures
- Develop the project bidding program
- Provide cost estimates for project activities and report deviations
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Update the Cost Control Report (CCR) quarterly
- Support the Contract Manager on scheduling and control matters
- Monitor compliance with contractual project milestones
- Keep the Project Manager informed of project progress and potential risks
Requirements
- University degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in cost control for complex building projects
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
