Cost Control

Responsibilities

• Monitor project expenditures and prepare detailed cost reports
• Develop and maintain cost control systems and procedures
• Prepare cost forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis
• Work closely with project managers and finance teams to ensure budget adherence
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and assist in risk mitigation related to project costs
• Support contract administration and change management processes with accurate cost data
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in cost control within the construction or engineering sectors
• Proficiency in cost control software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction industry standards
