Cost & Commercial Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support cost planning, estimating, and budget setting for new sites and projects across the APAC region.
• Assist with pre-construction and procurement activities, including tendering, bid evaluation, and contract awards.
• Manage post-construction commercial activities such as change management, cost control, cash flow management, and final accounts.
• Help build and maintain a global life-cycle cost database for leasing, fit-out, and operations.
• Track market intelligence across APAC, including leasing reports, material rates, and inflation indices.
• Contribute to research output, including studies and white papers on global leasing and construction cost trends.
• Support the development of cost standards, templates, and benchmarks to improve data quality and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of cost planning or cost management experience in real estate, construction, or fit-out projects.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Ability to travel across the APAC region as per business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of the APAC real estate market.
• Exposure to property leasing and/or quantity surveying.
• Professionally qualified or actively working towards MRICS (or equivalent).
