Cost Center Leader

Responsibilities

• Own full cost center P&L performance, including revenue, margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy
• Lead capacity planning, utilization, and hiring decisions for the Houston PM+CM business
• Act as a senior representative for the Houston business, supporting key client relationships
• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing PM and CM team
• Ensure adherence to risk management, contract governance, and financial controls
• Collaborate across Service Lines, Sectors, and Enterprise accounts as part of the South Central leadership team

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within project, program, or cost management
• Demonstrated success in owning financial performance and P&L responsibility
• Strong commercial acumen including forecasting and margin management
• Track record in business development and client relationship management
• Experience leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to work in-office in Houston 5 days per week
