Cost Basis Reporting - Service Delivery Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 10-12 people to reconcile breaks and ensure cost basis data accuracy for US tax reporting
• Support the branch network by updating cost basis information in client accounts
• Manage tax lot data updates for external transfers regarding new accounts
• Adapt existing processes and establish new workflows to increase departmental quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with US onshore cost basis teams and other internal departments to resolve complex issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Proven experience in team management and leadership
• Strong data analysis skills with a specific focus on reconciliations
• Excellent professional communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
• Ability to work late-night shifts to align with U.S. exchange trading hours
• Adaptability to changing regulatory landscapes and rules
