About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare feasibility studies and parametric budgets to determine technical and economic viability for infrastructure tenders.
  • Develop technical-economic proposals for public and private tenders, including base budgets and unit price analyses.
  • Analyze federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations to ensure compliance in public tender developments.
  • Review infrastructure projects (road, urban, and heavy) to define factors impacting unit price analysis and commercial quotes.
  • Support the determination of cost adjustment procedures and the development of claims for public and private works.
  • Conduct statistical cost analysis and research new technologies to optimize base budgets.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Industrial Engineering (completed and titled).
  • 1-2 years of experience managing public tenders and supervising infrastructure budgets (urban or highway).
  • Proficiency in Neodata and Opus (intermediate to advanced).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Public Works regulations and norms.
