Cost and Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets using advanced Excel formulas and data manipulation
• Conduct accurate data entry to ensure financial information integrity
• Interpret financial data to identify trends and provide decision-making insights
• Act as a liaison with clients to address inquiries and foster relationships
• Perform cost and value reconciliation to monitor project expenses against budgets
• Generate cashflows and forecasts for financial planning and resource allocation
• Support financial reporting and compliance using accounts/cost clerk expertise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven expertise in advanced Excel functions and formulas
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data
• Experience in client liaison and relationship management
• Understanding of cost and value reconciliation within civil engineering
• Knowledge of cashflows and forecasting
• Background in accounts or cost clerk roles
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
