About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide cost management and estimating expertise to support scheme delivery and maintain control of approved baselines
- Support cost assurance, commercial matter resolution, risk review, and data verification
- Develop close working relationships with scheme leads, Trusts, and advisors to ensure compliance with client processes
- Provide detailed cost analysis and reporting to support commercial decision-making
- Identify and contribute to the management of risks, including threats and opportunities
- Support business case reviews and contribute to change control assessments
- Engage with regional teams to provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
Requirements
- Relevant technical qualification with a track record in delivering major projects and programmes
- Experience in large-scale, complex transformation programmes or major projects
- Strong stakeholder management and client-focused approach
- Ability to work proactively across cost management and estimating functions
- Professional qualification (working towards or held)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction consultancy
- Experience in healthcare or life science projects
- Experience with digital software for project management
