Cost Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the measurement process of services executed by contractors and suppliers
• Verify quantities and validate measurements based on physical progress of the work
• Perform field verifications to ensure adherence between execution and presented measurements
• Support contract analysis and control (scope, quantities, and values)
• Assist in project cost control, including budget vs. actual tracking
• Organize and control contractual documentation and measurement records
• Support the identification of cost and quantity deviations
• Provide support in the analysis of claims and contractual variations
• Interact with engineering, planning, and field teams for information alignment
• Contribute to the generation of financial and physical project monitoring reports

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Initial experience in construction or industrial projects
• Basic knowledge of construction measurements and cost control
• Familiarity with project management routines
• Proficiency in Excel
• Availability for onsite work in Poços de Caldas

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with construction contract measurements
• Experience in an industrial environment
• Knowledge of planning or control tools
