Cost Accountant Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in the collection, analysis, and validation of production cost information
• Support the preparation of standard and actual cost reports
• Participate in the analysis of variances between standard and actual costs
• Collaborate on inventory reviews, adjustments, and basic reconciliations
• Perform control and follow-up tasks on financial data under supervision
• Provide support to the Cost Department during month-end closing and special projects

Requirements

• Active student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting and cost concepts
• Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and basic functions
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
