Responsibilities

• Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and other month-end close duties
• Complete standard cost rolls
• Maintain the Cost Accounting inbox and process cost requests
• Ensure adherence to Standard Costing Policy and Procedures
• Perform standard cost variance analysis
• Compile and review purchase price variances
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis
• Collaborate with internal employees across a variety of departments
• Serve as a liaison with the external audit team to ensure timely delivery of audit requests
• Manage multiple projects with a focus on meeting critical deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Professional proficiency in English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Ability to independently manage tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP experience within the manufacturing industry
• Experience in Microsoft Access databases
