Cost Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage financial metrics, cost control, and schedule performance for Sentinel programs using Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Lead monthly EVM inputs, reporting, analysis, and Budget Change Requests (BCRs)
• Facilitate Estimates at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) development
• Perform detailed Earned Value and financial analysis against budget baselines and schedules
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and operations to drive cost and labor analysis
• Support program baselining, manpower allocation, and the creation of cost proposals
• Provide technical inputs for customer proposal negotiations and program start-up activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 7 years of experience)
• EVMS certification with applied experience as a practitioner, IPT Lead, or CAM
• Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar financial management systems
• Proficiency with MS Office tools
• Active Secret Security Clearance (DoD) or the ability to obtain and maintain one
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 20%

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or Supply Chain
• Experience with Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Risk & Opportunity Management
• Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and customers
• Financial or Supply Chain professional background
• PMX Level 6 certification or ability to obtain it within the first year
