Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Lead training and education for new and current technicians to ensure mastery of spa services and protocols
• Coordinate and execute standardized, branded training programs for all new hires
• Ensure proficiency in skincare, waxing, massage, body treatments, nail care, and sanitation procedures
• Monitor and maintain professional stock and inventory levels to meet spa needs and reduce waste
• Coach the team to achieve retail and service sales targets
• Provide technical guidance to Spa Managers regarding service protocols and guest issues
• Conduct periodic testing of technicians to ensure adherence to brand standards
• Perform operational duties including scheduling, priority booking rotation, and inventory management

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a high-end resort or urban spa environment
• Accredited cosmetology training
• Current Hawaii cosmetologist license
• Proficiency in hair, nail, and makeup services
• Computer literacy and strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Valid US work authorization
