Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality professional hair, nail, and facial services to clients.
• Work as part of the spa therapy team to create a relaxing and harmonious sensory experience.
• Educate guests on home maintenance, product benefits, and additional service regimens.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including stocking equipment and linens.
• Achieve retail sales targets by confidently recommending products to clients.
• Follow all State Board sanitation and sterilization procedures.
• Complete all treatments within the scheduled timeframes.

Requirements

• Valid state cosmetology license with proficiency in cutting, coloring, and blow-dry styling.
• Proven experience in sales and product recommendations.
• Must have valid US work authorization.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent guest service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certification or experience as a Makeup Artist.
• Additional certification or experience as a Nail Technician.
