Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised and professional customer service across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance
• Share expert product knowledge to support customers in finding the perfect beauty solutions
• Assist in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and stock levels of the Beauty Hall
• Support promotional events, product launches, and in-store activations
• Build lasting client relationships through follow-up service and loyalty programs
• Collaborate with team members and brand representatives to achieve shared goals
• Stay updated with beauty trends, product training, and brand knowledge
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements

• Valid Australian working rights
• Availability to work across key store trading hours, including weekends and peak trading times
• Strong customer service skills
• Demonstrated product knowledge in the beauty industry
