Cosmetic Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the beauty team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets
• Support daily operations of the cosmetics department, ensuring smooth workflow and team productivity
• Coach and develop team members through regular feedback, training, and on-the-floor guidance
• Drive a service-first culture by leading by example in customer engagement and product knowledge
• Monitor individual and team performance, setting clear goals and expectations
• Assist in rostering, stock management, visual merchandising, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with brand representatives and store leadership to execute business strategies
• Maintain high standards of grooming, store presentation, and compliance with company policies
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or beauty environment
• Strong product knowledge within the cosmetics and beauty industry
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Availability to work across key store trading hours, including weekends and peak periods
• Valid Australian working rights
