Cosmetic Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Determine call schedules by reviewing priorities, promotions, and price changes with supervisors
• Maintain customer relationships with store and department managers
• Maintain store shelves by observing displays, removing damaged products, and tidying shelves
• Manage inventory by restocking shelves and observing stock levels
• Complete call reports while in-store
• Follow and enforce quality standards to enhance merchandising reputation

Requirements

• Access to a vehicle is mandatory
• 6 months to 1 year of previous merchandising experience
• Strong communication and selling skills
• Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and evolving duties
• Problem-solving skills at the store level
