About the role
Responsibilities
- Determine call schedules by reviewing priorities, promotions, and price changes with supervisors
- Maintain customer relationships with store and department managers
- Maintain store shelves by observing displays, removing damaged products, and tidying shelves
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves and observing stock levels
- Complete call reports while in-store
- Follow and enforce quality standards to enhance merchandising reputation
Requirements
- Access to a vehicle is mandatory
- 6 months to 1 year of previous merchandising experience
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities and evolving duties
- Problem-solving skills at the store level
