Responsibilities
- Evaluate client needs and develop aesthetic treatment plans and skincare recommendations
- Perform neurotoxin and filler injections according to compliance standards and state law
- Engage in training peers and new hires on services and company expectations
- Self-promote and engage on company social media platforms
- Maintain accurate medical record documentation and charting
- Assist with inventory management and order storage
- Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
- Attend continuing education and team meetings
- Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements
- Registered Nurse License issued by the State
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
- At least 1 year of experience in cosmetic injectables
- Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous formal training in cosmetic injectables
- Aptitude for sales and exceptional bedside manner
