Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop aesthetic treatment plans and skincare recommendations
• Perform neurotoxin and filler injections according to compliance standards and state law
• Engage in training peers and new hires on services and company expectations
• Self-promote and engage on company social media platforms
• Maintain accurate medical record documentation and charting
• Assist with inventory management and order storage
• Maintain clean and organized treatment areas
• Attend continuing education and team meetings
• Maintain strict client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements

• Registered Nurse License issued by the State
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
• Ability to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in cosmetic injectables
• Formal training in cosmetic injectables
