Cosmetic Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Offer personalized skincare recommendations based on skin needs
• Perform mini-diagnostics and create adapted routines
• Advise on skincare protocols and optimal product use
• Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional service
• Create a warm, professional, and memorable customer experience
• Represent the brand with professionalism and credibility
• Support in-store beauty advisors with dermo-cosmetic expertise
• Educate customers on ingredients, product benefits, and routines
• Build strong relationships with in-store beauty teams

Requirements

• Significant experience in skincare, dermo-cosmetics, or aesthetics
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Ability to explain skincare routines clearly
• Passion for skin health, wellness, and beauty education
• Availability for 2 to 3 days per week (Thursdays mandatory, plus Fridays or Saturdays)
• Access to a car
