Corrugator Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead an assigned shift of hourly employees to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met
• Supervise daily production of corrugated board, including training, planning, and assigning work
• Evaluate employee performance, manage rewards and discipline, and resolve conflicts
• Lead by example to promote a safe work environment and high-quality product standards
• Communicate operational information effectively to crew members, management, and external vendors
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety and quality programs and initiatives

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work primarily on the night shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in the corrugated packaging industry
• Two or more years of supervisory experience
