Corrections Clinician

Responsibilities

• Provide substance use disorder treatment to individuals within the Department of Corrections
• Facilitate psycho-educational groups to support long-term recovery efforts
• Support individuals working toward recovery while under departmental supervision
• Meet or exceed standards set by the American Correctional Association and the National Commission of Correctional Healthcare

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in criminal justice, social services, counseling, or a related field
• Ability to obtain Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (LADAC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure in the State of New Hampshire
• Valid Driver's License (New Hampshire or other state if residing outside of NH)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
