Corporate/M&A Trainee

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the Corporate/M&A practice through live client work
• Support the department's client work with strong technical and personal skills
• Draft legal documents and maintain high work standards
• Collaborate with the team in a "client first" culture
• Work under the guidance and mentorship of an assigned Associate

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Bar school, or hold a Master's degree in Law or a DJCE degree
• Outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent written communication and drafting skills
• Fluency in both English and French
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, pro-activity, and flexibility
