Responsibilities

• Work with a leading Corporate/M&A partner on a variety of transactions
• Represent buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50m and $1b
• Advise founders and significant investors in $1b+ transactions
• Support investment managers and wealth management platforms on spinouts and rollups
• Engage in work involving Investment Management, Finance, Crypto, fintech, Cyber security, and Tax

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A/joint ventures law
• Experience at an AM Law 100 firm
• Experience with a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures
