About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement components, templates, and workflows in an enterprise web content management platform (AEM preferred).
- Build user interfaces using modern JavaScript (ES6+) and scalable front-end patterns.
- Apply AI prompt engineering to design developer assistants and agentic workflows that accelerate code builds and automated testing.
- Create accessible, responsive web interfaces from Figma wireframes using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Integrate web interfaces with back-end systems and RESTful services.
- Optimize websites for speed, scalability, SEO, and performance.
- Manage day-to-day website updates, production releases, and asset trafficking.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in front-end web development for enterprise-level web experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with AI prompt engineering and building assistants to support software development workflows.
- Experience with enterprise WCM/CMS concepts such as components, templates, and content models.
- Experience creating models or services in Java 11+ or similar languages (C#, JavaScript, etc.).
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with Node.js (16+) and Webpack (4/5).
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience delivering production solutions in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Knowledge of SASS/Less and experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Experience building agentic automation for software delivery and integrating quality controls into Jenkins/GitHub workflows.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, and UI/E2E).
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
