Corporate Travel Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with booking hotels, flights, transport, and meeting spaces
• Ensure client requests related to corporate travel are handled in a timely and effective manner
• Process daily arrivals and assist customers with access to online booking tools
• Monitor communication tools including chat, email, and phone for new and existing requests
• Provide clear and concise handovers of outstanding tasks to following shifts
• Log and escalate complaints or potential issues to management
• Provide feedback on processes and systems to assist team growth

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service, operational, or administration environment
• Experience in travel coordination and/or hospitality
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work shifts (07:30 – 15:30) including weekends
