Corporate Travel Operation

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement innovative business strategies to elevate travel operations and enhance the traveler experience.
• Provide insights into corporate travel industry best practices to drive operational efficiencies.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders and business divisions to influence traveler behavior and drive cost savings.
• Collaborate with category and technology managers to optimize travel program offerings based on regional and local needs.
• Support day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues and ensuring alignment with commercial strategies.
• Oversee MSP performance, project delivery, and service delivery within the provider's scope.
• Manage the implementation of new agreements, initiatives, and products, including agency stewardship and customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5 years of experience in travel operations.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in English and the local language.
• Strong understanding of the global business travel industry, including service delivery, technology, and processes.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global, multicultural environment.
