About the role
Responsibilities
- Recommend and implement innovative business strategies to elevate travel operations and enhance the traveler experience.
- Provide insights into corporate travel industry best practices to drive operational efficiencies.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders and business divisions to influence traveler behavior and drive cost savings.
- Collaborate with category and technology managers to optimize travel program offerings based on regional and local needs.
- Support day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues and ensuring alignment with commercial strategies.
- Oversee MSP performance, project delivery, and service delivery within the provider's scope.
- Manage the implementation of new agreements, initiatives, and products, including agency stewardship and customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 5 years of experience in travel operations.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in English and the local language.
- Strong understanding of the global business travel industry, including service delivery, technology, and processes.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global, multicultural environment.

- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and influencing skills.
