Corporate Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day travel needs for corporate business accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
• Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards to ensure accuracy
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients
• Provide creative solutions to travel-related problems and unexpected challenges
• Collaborate with team members to assist in servicing client needs and completing all functions related to account management
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment

Requirements

• Strong customer service focus with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
• High attention to detail and the ability to organize and juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional business relationships
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS), with Sabre preferred
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and comfort learning new software
