About the role
Responsibilities
- Book and manage domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Provide proactive, high-touch service to corporate travelers and executives
- Ensure all bookings comply with client travel policies and negotiated rates
- Handle changes, cancellations, and disruptions efficiently, including urgent requests
- Monitor traveler itineraries and provide real-time support for emergencies
- Accurately document all transactions and client communications
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend alternatives
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, airline rules, and visa requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate travel management
- Proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Sabre
- Strong understanding of corporate travel policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote/outsourced environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-volume or VIP corporate accounts
- Familiarity with online booking tools like Concur or Deem
- Knowledge of international travel requirements and visas
- Bi-lingual French capabilities
