About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and customize comprehensive travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and requirements
  • Provide expert advice on air tickets, accommodations, transportation, visas, and travel requirements
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and regular follow-up
  • Research and recommend appropriate travel options, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and ancillary services
  • Process bookings, prepare travel documentation, and ensure all details are accurately recorded
  • Handle complex itineraries, special requests, and VIP client arrangements
  • Resolve travel-related issues and provide assistance to clients before, during, and after travel
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide specialized expertise in Hotel Support

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in travel consulting or related roles
  • Proficiency with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of geography, international destinations, and travel products
  • Demonstrated sales ability and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and professional communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex bookings involving visas, accommodation, and transportation
