About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and customize comprehensive travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and requirements
- Provide expert advice on air tickets, accommodations, transportation, visas, and travel requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and regular follow-up
- Research and recommend appropriate travel options, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and ancillary services
- Process bookings, prepare travel documentation, and ensure all details are accurately recorded
- Handle complex itineraries, special requests, and VIP client arrangements
- Resolve travel-related issues and provide assistance to clients before, during, and after travel
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide specialized expertise in Hotel Support
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in travel consulting or related roles
- Proficiency with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar
- Strong knowledge of geography, international destinations, and travel products
- Demonstrated sales ability and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and professional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex bookings involving visas, accommodation, and transportation
