Corporate Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and complex international travel
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business travelers to provide dedicated, trusted service
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations, including ticketing, invoicing, and profile management
• Manage complex international fares, rerouting, and exchange processes to minimize travel disruption
• Stay informed on airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and destination-specific health or documentation requirements
• Comply with corporate travel policies and Canadian market regulations

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management
• In-depth proficiency with Sabre GDS for fare calculations and itinerary management
• Proven ability to handle complex international itineraries, ticketing, and exchanges
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity for remote system access and video conferencing
