Corporate Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and complex international travel
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business travelers to provide dedicated, personalized service
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations, including ticketing, invoicing, and profile management
• Strictly comply with corporate travel policies and stay informed on airline rules, tariffs, and fare requirements
• Manage complex itinerary changes, rerouting, and exchanges to minimize disruption to travel plans
• Provide consultative support and keep clients informed regarding necessary travel documents and health requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management
• Proficiency in Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance
• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English is required
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate travel booking systems and troubleshoot new technologies
• Proven ability to handle complex international fares, PNRs, and ticketing procedures
• Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
