Corporate Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with business travelers to ensure high-quality service
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations, including ticketing, invoicing, and profile management
• Manage complex international fares, rerouting, and exchange processes to minimize travel disruption
• Stay informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and destination-specific health requirements
• Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management
• In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance
• Proven ability to handle complex international fares, ticketing, and Passenger Name Records (PNRs)
• Strong customer service skills with a polished and professional demeanor
• Ability to manage multiple urgent tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity for remote system access and video conferencing
