Corporate Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day travel needs for corporate business accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
• Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements following company procedures and account guidelines
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients
• Provide creative solutions to travel-related problems and challenges
• Work collaboratively as a team member to assist other agents in servicing clients
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment

Requirements

• Bilingual in both English and French
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS), with Sabre preferred
• OPC certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
