Corporate Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day travel needs for corporate business accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
• Make professional and accurate business travel arrangements following company procedures and account guidelines
• Provide creative solutions to travel-related problems and client challenges
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and suppliers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of client service and support
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment

Requirements

• Bilingual in both English and French (required for client and supplier interaction)
• Minimum of 2 years of travel consulting experience
• Proficiency with a Global Distribution System (GDS), with Sabre experience preferred
• OPC certification (or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with confidence using Microsoft Office suite and learning new software
