Corporate Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day travel needs for corporate business accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
• Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements following company procedures and account guidelines
• Provide creative solutions to travel-related problems and challenges experienced by clients
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate travelers and decision-makers
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high standards of client service and account management
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment

Requirements

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS), such as Sabre, is highly preferred
