Corporate Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day travel needs for corporate business accounts, including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
• Assist in making professional and accurate business travel arrangements following company procedures and account guidelines
• Provide creative solutions to travel-related problems and challenges experienced by clients
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients
• Work collaboratively as a team member to assist other agents in servicing client needs
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong business relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a GDS system (Sabre preferred) is a significant asset
