About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and introduce the company’s training and development framework, policies, and standards
- Analyze and identify competency and skill gaps through performance data and management discussions
- Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Create and implement digital onboarding and learning programs leveraging LMS and e-learning tools
- Develop and maintain engaging training materials, manuals, and visual aids
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs, trainers, and learning content
- Manage the annual training budget and forecast future learning investments
- Build partnerships with external training providers and certification bodies
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards on training outcomes
- Support managers in applying coaching and learning techniques
- Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate training and development
- Expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
