Corporate Training & Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and introduce the company’s training and development framework, policies, and standards
• Analyze and identify competency and skill gaps through performance data and management discussions
• Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Create and implement digital onboarding and learning programs leveraging LMS and e-learning tools
• Develop and maintain engaging training materials, manuals, and visual aids
• Evaluate the effectiveness of programs, trainers, and learning content
• Manage the annual training budget and forecast future learning investments
• Build partnerships with external training providers and certification bodies
• Prepare and present reports and dashboards on training outcomes
• Support managers in applying coaching and learning techniques
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate training and development
• Expertise in designing and delivering effective training programs
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred
