Corporate Training Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the design and updating of educational materials and content for internal training programs
• Coordinate the logistics for courses, training sessions, and educational activities
• Manage enrollments, calls for participation, instructors, and training platforms
• Track the satisfaction and impact of programs through surveys and reporting
• Participate in technical, corporate, commercial, onboarding, and competency development initiatives
• Provide administrative support to ensure correct documentation and follow-up of planned training

Requirements

• Degree in Pedagogy, Educational Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a focus on results and innovation
• Ability to work in a team and approach challenges with creativity
• Previous professional experience is not required; internships or academic projects related to talent development are valued
