Corporate Trainer

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive training programs by determining effective methods, durations, and content.
• Organize and deliver structured training modules to employees.
• Conduct post-training activities to ensure knowledge retention.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and individual employee competency improvements.
• Provide constructive feedback to participants regarding their understanding and performance.
• Deliver orientation materials and training to new employees.
• Perform organizational training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum "very satisfactory" academic standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training or Training & Development (T&D).
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform training needs analysis.
• Willingness to travel throughout Indonesia to various locations.
• Ability to be based in Jakarta.
